Resturante

Well, without getting into too much detail, my restaurant will be a home-style set up with contemporary twists on classic dishes including white wine alfredo green bean casseroles and peanut-butter mashed potatoes. Now I know this sounds weird but they taste great and I feel like the twists on old dishes would be great. Yes, I would have partners as I have very little capital to do this myself, but initially I am looking at an "exploratory committee' to see if this is a viable option in the downtown. We'll see!
